We need your help to realize the goals of the Unsent Letters Project. In order to help spread awareness of the project we will be distributing flyers and other promotional materials throughout the Twin Cities, MN, as well as Central Wisconsin, Northern California, and the Portland, OR area. Additionally we need to cover the capital costs needed to take the project to the Burning Man Festival in 2006.

You can help the Unsent Letters Project be a success in many ways. Your gift of time, materials, and ideas - you name it. We want the community being served by the project to take an active role in how it develops. You can contact us at the email address below to share your thoughts about how you would like to help. The Unsent Letters Project does accept monetary donations to help us achieve the project goals. We are currently raising funds to cover the cost of the art installation as well as for the application process for a publishing grant. Current estimates place the cost of the art installation at $3,000 and the grant applications at $2000. Anything you wish to contribute will help!

We are not a 501-c3 non-profit corporation, but as we get further along with the project we will likely take that step. Any monetary contribution you may choose to make will not be tax-deductible at this point in time. Monetary contributions can currently only be accepted via PayPal or money order.

How can I help with my time?

We are looking to spread the word about the project in as many communities as possible. Send an email telling us where you live and what you'd like to help with. Spreading the word is only limited by our imaginations. We have print promotional materials you can help us distribute, not to mention the incalculable value of YOUR TIME. We can even send you project promotional materials in PDF format so you print and distribute them yourselves.
